Annual fees are £2,600 inclusive of VAT, Council taxes, Water & drainage rates, and ground maintainence. all you pay for is the electricity and gas that you use. There are no hidden charges. All holiday homes will be screened from floor level to ground in a similar way to other units on the park. This not only gives extra insulation, but provides a useful storage area for patio furniture, bicycles etc.
