Because we want you to enjoy our green and pleasant park at its very best we will be carrying out ground maintenance during September. After a very busy summer, some of our pitches are looking a little worn and tired so our staff will be scarifying, raking, re-seeding and watering to ensure they are all in top top condition. However, this should not disturb your stay here. Work does not begin until 10am and is finished by 4pm during Monday to Friday only. There is very little noisy machinery involved. The only change that you will notice is that instead of pitching your tent or caravan directly adjacent to the perimeter, you will be asked to move forward by approximately 4 metres, to the left of the rope barrier shown in the top photo. There is plenty of room on the park to allow for this, and it will not bring you any closer to the next pitch. As you will see above you will just be a bit further away from the hedge line and nearer the centre of the park. We thank you for your understanding and co-operation during this busy time, which should not affect your enjoyment at all. When we welcome you back again you will be able to see the results of all this good work. |
