Here at Broadhembury, we are continuing to observe Government guidelines, and presently Broadhembury is closed to all touring and holiday bookings. We are also asking those who have holiday homes and seasonal pitches with us to observe the guidelines around ‘essential travel only’ and not visit Broadhembury during this time.
We have now contacted everyone who had bookings with us for April. Once we have received guidance on the coming weeks we will proactively contact anyone whose bookings are affected by our continued closure. As previously, we will do this in a logical manner, starting from those with the closest arrival dates and working our way outwards. It would be a huge help to us if you are able to accept a credit note for future use at Broadhembury (our credit notes never expire).
If you do need to contact us, please email instead of calling and we will work our way through these in the order in which they come in. We are extremely grateful for your patience and understanding.
Of-course, none of us know when this crisis will end, however here at Broadhembury we are taking an optimistic approach and we are keeping busy getting ready for when we can see you all again.
If you’d like to plan a break for once we’re out of these rotten (but necessary) days of isolation, our booking pages remain open for new bookings scheduled for later in the year. If you’d like us to help plan your break, don’t hesitate to email on firstname.lastname@example.org, we will be delighted to hear from you. Imminently our booking pages for 2021 will be live, so you can even start planning for next year!
Take care & stay safe,
Sally, Lee & all the team
